2. KON AMBASSADORS

These are officially recognized individuals who have completed the formal registration process with Khiddie Outreach Network. They actively participate in the organization’s activities, enjoy access to exclusive benefits, and contribute to the growth and impact of KON. These members uphold the values and mission of the organization and may take on defined responsibilities or roles within various initiatives, committees, or events. They represent the core strength and KON'S long term impact and success.

1. KON MEMBERS

These are individuals who support or engage with Khiddie Outreach Network on a casual basis without formal registration. They may participate in open events and contribute to selected initiatives, but do not hold decision-making power or access to exclusive member benefits. While they share in the mission and support activities, they are not assigned formal responsibilities until registered. This category offers a space for interested individuals to stay involved and potentially transition into full membership.

Any person can be a KON Member but only registered members can be KON Ambassadors.

WHY BECOME A KON AMBASSADOR ?

Registering as a member of Khiddie Outreach Network and becoming a KON Ambassador offers several benefits; both personal and community based:

1. Making a Positive Impact: Being an ambassador allows you to contribute directly to meaningful causes, helping the organization reach its goals, whether it’s helping the less privileged in the community or promoting environmental sustainability.

2. Networking: Our membership will often bring you into a network of like-minded people who share similar values. This can lead to new friendships, professional connections and collaborations.

3. Skill Development: One of our plans in the near future is to offer members training, volunteer opportunities, and leadership roles that can help you build skills in areas like project management, communication, public speaking among others.

4. Involvement in Decision-Making: KON Ambassadors will often be given the opportunity to vote on important issues, attend annual meetings or even run for leadership positions. This allows you to have a say in the organization’s direction and strategy.

5. Recognition and Resume Building: Being actively involved in our organization demonstrates commitment to social responsibility, which can enhance your resume and professional profile.

6. Access to Events and Resources: In cases where opportunities present themselves, our Ambassadors will be the first people to think of. Also an access to exclusive events or workshops that aren’t available to members. Our Ambassadors will also enjoy discounts on charges for certain events.

7. Personal Welfare: Khiddie Outreach Network will be able to come through in support of its Ambassadors when they are having an issue that needs help and support from the organisation.

8. Personal Fulfillment: There’s a unique sense of satisfaction that comes from helping others and being part of something bigger than yourself. Our membership can be incredibly rewarding on a personal level.

In essence, registering as a KON Ambassador allows you to play an active role in creating change while benefiting both personally and professionally.

REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS

Two hundred Kenyan Shillings registration fee.
Member details: Name, Phone number, Id number, Email
Member passport size photo

One hundred Kenyan Shillings will be required annualy for membership renew.

AMBASSADORSHIP VALIDITY AND RENEWAL POLICY

Registration as a KON Ambassador is valid for one calendar year, ending on 31st December of each year, regardless of the month of initial registration. For example, if Elam registers in May 2025, his ambassadorship will expire on 31st December 2025.

Ambassadors can renew their membership at any time during the following two years (i.e., in 2026 or 2027). However, if no renewal is made by the end of the second year (31st December 2027 in this case), the individual will be required to register afresh to regain ambassadorship.

Important Notes:

The ambassadorship period runs from January to December annually. The month of registration does not extend the duration.

Members who are yet to renew their membership will not be recognized as KON Ambassadors.
